Welcome to Kong Academy! These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your use of our digital products and services available on MemberVault. By purchasing or accessing our content, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing any Kong Academy product on MemberVault, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. User Responsibilities
When using Kong Academy’s MemberVault-hosted content, you agree to:
- Use the materials for personal or educational purposes only.
- Not share, copy, or redistribute any purchased content outside of MemberVault.
- Follow any additional rules or guidelines set by Kong Academy.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the termination of your access.
4. Intellectual Property
All content available on MemberVault, including videos, PDFs, lessons, and other materials, is owned by Kong Academy. You may download and print content for personal or educational use but may not share or resell it without permission.
Educational institutions may purchase and use the content for group learning, but redistribution outside of enrolled students is prohibited.
5. Purchases and Refunds
- Payments are processed through Stripe.
- All purchases are one-time payments (no subscriptions).
- Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for any product. To request a refund, contact info@kongacademy.org
6. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to revoke access to our content if users:
- Share purchased materials outside of MemberVault.
- Violate intellectual property rights.
If your access is terminated due to a violation of these terms, no refunds will be provided.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kong Academy is not responsible for:
- Any technical issues with MemberVault or Stripe.
- Personal injuries, losses, or damages resulting from using our content.
8. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or a notice on MemberVault. Continued use of our content after updates means you accept the revised terms.
